A fitness & wellness business in Altona north wants a creator.
What they want
We are a weightlifting specific gym that works on teaching people the Olympic lifts from scratch ( snatch, clean & jerk) We would love to showcase what a one-on-one session looks like for a complete beginner in the Olympic lifts. This would be best suited to someone who has a regular gym habit but doesn’t use the barbell that often.
